Bureau of Corrections Director Ernesto Diokno tendered his resignation to President Aquino Monday. Diokno arrived in Malacanang around 1pm and tendered his resignation around quarter to 2pm, sources say. Justice Secretary Leila de Lima called the resignation "the most honorable, selfless way to go."
Former President Joseph "ERAP" Estrada and Estrada's former best friend Ilocos Governor Chavit Singzon were sitting together in one table as they joined and were invited by Mommy Dionisia Paquiao.. is this for the sake of the celebration or have they really reconciled?
